Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mai is the Deputy General Director of HD Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in various positions including Interpreter, Assistant to General Director, Project Manager, Vice Representative of many local and multi-national corporations, groups in the field of Health and Telecommunications. That valuable experience brings back to her the sound knowledge of various working cultures in Vietnam. She has been playing an indispensable part in the management and development of HD-Engineering since 2007.

| Ms. Mai’s targets is to make HD Engineering become a model enterprise based on the harmonious combination between Vietnamese’s cultural foundation and Western’s advanced management thoughts. She believes that languages is one of the most important tools for HD-Engineering to communicate confidently, to be ready to integrate and successfully cooperate in global and multi-cultural environment. |

In management, she attaches special importance to reality and effectiveness. According to her, fairness must be set on capability, responsibility and devotion. In addition, one of the most crucial reasons for employees’ attachment to the company is the reasonable care of the managers to the spiritual, material live and the specific circumstance of every individual.

Ms. Mai graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies (now named Hanoi University) in 2001, majoring in English. She has an innate aptitude for foreign languages. Besides, she is also fluent in Chinese.

As a clever and proficient women, she thinks that life is the balance between material and spiritual, between traditional and modern values. As a result, after work, she is keen on taking care of her family and travelling.
