| As the Director of Human Resource and Project Coordination, Ms. Le Hong Nhung has contributed to HD-Engineering practical experience she accumulated from many working years at HACO Construction Investment and Commerce Group. |

In 2009, Ms. Nhung participated in HDE’s re-structuring campaign to attract talents and sustainably develop HDE in the future. She believes that, together with the leader’s vision, her dedication will make contribution to complete HDE’s goals.

| Since her working at HDE, her prime contribution for the company is the setup of management and production cooperation procedures conforming to ISO 9001:2000. Moreover, she also drew up the recruitment policy and human resource strategy which helps stabilize and improve HDE’s personnel in the long term. |

According to her, the element of “people” plays a decisive role in the success of the project. Human management should be based on the flexible combination between sentiment and discipline; collective interests must come before individual interests. Simultaneously, management and coordination procedures are the essential links between company and customers. A successful procedure must create benefits for customers, employees and company respectively.

| Ms. Nhung is a strong and secretive woman with rather cold appearance but fair and responsible. She likes and prides on her job at HD-Engineering. In daily life, she spends most of her free time on her family. |
