Hung Viet Commercial Company, a company of Hoang Huy Financial Investment Group, officially opened the mock-up apartment at 275 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
Golden Land Building is a complex of commercial center, services and high-class apartments in the Western center of Hanoi. The building consists of 5 blocks varying from 25 to 33 stories among which the apartment area is about 140.590m2. It is allocated in 03 buildings from 25-27 stories with 03 basements. The commercial, service center and office building has 33 stories. The rest building has 19 stories and 02 basements.
The building has a beautiful and modern architecture with the construction density of 39.5%, the remaining area is for internal road, pavement with trees and community space.
The apartments are designed soundly to make use of the space and natural light. Some aparments apply the villa architecture with wide balcony, trees and other facilities.
Total investment for the project is about 4500 million dong. Archipel and HD Engineering are design consultants, ABRE, Knight Frank are market surveyor and sale consultants.
In the opening ceremony, Mr. Do Huu Hau, General Director of Hung Viet Commercial Company reckoned that Golden Land Project was designed conforming to international standards, using imported facilities and sold at reasonable prices and eternal use authority. The Employer also pledged to execute and hand over the apartment to Buyers on schedule.
The project was commenced in late 2010 and expected to be complete for handover in 2012.
